At Sacred Phrases, we take great care in packing and shipping your order. Because many of our titles are limited and often imported, we maintain a strict return policy. Thanks for understanding.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

1. Items damaged during shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery at info@sacredphrases.com with:

Your order number
Photos of the outer package and item
A brief description of the issue

2. Incorrect item received

If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days so we can fix it.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality control and fairness to our collectors:

Used records are final sale
Opened vinyl, CDs, and tapes cannot be returned or exchanged
Sale items are final
Digital downloads are non-refundable
International orders are not eligible for returns at this time

Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

If your return is approved:

If we have another copy in stock, we will send a replacement (preferred).
If a replacement is not available, we can issue a refund or store credit.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the item is inspected.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping costs only for:

Damaged-in-transit items
Incorrect items received

All other requests are not eligible for return or exchange.

U.S. Orders Only

Returns and replacements currently apply to U.S. orders only while we finalize our international shipping logistics.
