At Sacred Phrases, we pack every order with care. Below is our shipping overview for vinyl, tapes, merch, and other shop items.

Processing Time

We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days.
Processing time may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or for large shipments.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Packaging

Vinyl and other fragile items are packed securely using:

  • Sturdy mailers

  • Additional padding for multi-item orders

We take packaging seriously to ensure your items arrive safely.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped from Fort Wayne, Indiana via USPS or UPS (depending on size and destination).

Shipping options are displayed at checkout and include:

  • USPS Media Mail (most vinyl orders)

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • UPS Ground

Transit times vary by carrier and location.

U.S. Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only while we finalize international logistics.

Combined Shipping

Multiple items purchased in one order will ship together when possible.
If you place separate orders, we cannot guarantee automatic combination — but feel free to email us at info@sacredphrases.com and we’ll try to help.

Preorders

If you place an order containing both in-stock items and a preorder title, the order will ship when all items are available.
If you'd like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to USPS or UPS, transit delays are out of our control.
If your tracking hasn’t updated within a reasonable time, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help locate it.
Lost packages may require filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
